CERAKOTE

There are many steps involved in doing Cerakote correctly.  

• Disassembly: The firearm is completely disassembled ( every nut, pin, screw, and spring )   Each part is examined and any problems are addressed.  

• Degreasing – The parts are then soaked in a degreasing solution and baked to remove residual oil.

• Blasting – All the parts that will be coated are blasted with a fine sanding application to promote adherence.

• Spraying – The parts are then sprayed with a ceramic protective coating.

• Curing - The final step is baking in a Cerakote oven or air dried as applicable.

• Our artist can create custom designs.   
• The design can be one color or many colors.  
• It can include custom designs using our vinyl cutter.
• We will work with you to help decide what best suits your vision and budget.  
• We do not accept custom jobs with a time line.  
• Custom work requires a non-refundable deposit.
