Plan to drop your gun off. Concept Arms is not able to perform work while you wait.
All guns must be checked in, evaluated and serviced in a first come, first served basis.
When Your Gun is Ready:
- We will notify you by phone when your firearm is ready for pickup.
- If you see that you've missed a call from us, PLEASE check your voicemail.
- We will hold your gun for 30 days, after which daily storage fees will apply.
- After 90 days, if the gun has not been paid for/picked up we will consider the gun abandoned/forfeited and will take legal steps to recover our fees.
Warranty
1. Concept Arms has a limited 1-year warranty on work performed by our technicians.
*We advise you not to wait to SHOOT YOUR GUNS to determine if the work is satisfactory.
2. Equipment purchased either at Concept Arms or elsewhere, is subject to manufacture warrantee. Gunsmith re-working due to manufacture failure, will be billed at standard rates.
3. Once your Tax Stamp has been approved, we do not handle warrantee work for NFA items. You will need to contact the manufacturer directly for any and all warrantee services.
